Shipping & Returns

All products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined to have a manufacturer defect and a Return Authorization is obtained within 7 days of receipt (as determined by the confirmed delivery date), we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Our designs are delicate, fragile and individually handmade. All items must be handled with care.

We are always happy to repair any damaged piece of jewelry as we like a happy customer.  Once the item is returned for repair we will assess whether a charge will be incurred to fix it.

If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it ONLY within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date for a full refund. You can email rreinhardt@rachelreinhardt.com for a return authorization.

We always appreciate customer feedback so feel free to let us know why you aren’t happy.

IMPORTANT: We would appreciate it if all returned items are properly boxed with bubble wrap or sturdy packing paper. 

International Returns must be sent PRE-PAID and all customs fee and duties are the responsibility of the sender and NOT the responsibility of Rachel Reinhardt, Inc.

All return packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. 

Gift and gift card recipients: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your gift, and within 30 days from date of original purchase (by phone 203 292-8964 or info@rachelreinhardt.com) and we'll be happy to help you process your return.
